Hykon India is a group of companies engaged in the marketing and manufacturing of Power Electronics Products like UPS, Inverters and Servo Stabilizers, Solar Street lights, Solar Power Plants (off grid), for the past 30yrs. We have our brand presence in all over India. We are looking for young, energetic, and passionate candidates for the post of AGM - Service - PE, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will provide and maintain excellent customer service and be the front-line service contact for our customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Regular visits of major customers are required.
- Solutions has to arrive for technical as well as customer complaints of products
- Inter department communication for smooth functioning of service activities
- Responsible for service and customer satisfaction
- Team leading capability.
- Responsible for Service Revenue generation
- Corporate customer handling
- Technical client meeting
- Contolling of Spares flow and monitoring
- Create service Profit center
Qualifications
- B.Tech - Electicals & Electronics
- Minimum 5 years As Customer care manager and Team leader , Run the service net work ( ASP ).
Language Proficiency
- English: Professional level – both in written & communication
- Malayalam : Professional level – both in written & communication
Work Location: Thrissur, Kerala
Perks and Benefits
Between Rs.60,000/- to Rs.70,000/- Gross per month
