River Break is a luxury short-term rental real estate brand in the Spokane/Liberty Lake Area. We are looking for a part-time Host that thrives on customer service and project management!
For this position, we are looking for friendly, outgoing and motivated individuals who love working in a fast paced environment. Experience is not required, but candidates with previous experience should have a proven track record of success. This position requires you to be able to communicate with customers and have spot on judment for solving client issues in a prompt and efficient manner while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The successful candidate will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task effectively at all times. This Position requires you to be a Super Cleaner, Responsible and Reliable.

Duties:
Respond to inquiries, bookings, messages including holidays/nights/weekends
Quality check cleaning and repairs
Re-stock inventory as needed
On-call for issues like fixing the internet, spreading salt, filling propane, etc.
Responsible for reporting guest damages, interface with cleaner as needed, schedule repairs with maintenance
Monitor cameras, smart locks, listings
Send weekly update on reviews, bookings, costs, etc.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
