A Lengthy Summary
The IT Operations team is obsessed with security, automatisation and finding where improvements can be made. We sit in the control tower and assess what works, what doesn’t and most importantly, why? We are expected to provide insight, recommendations and actionable support to ensure Juni is as secure, efficient and effective as possible.
We need someone that can offer operational and system excellence to support various stakeholders across our customer funnel. That can administer a system that solves problems and drives growth for our commercial, operational and marketing organisations.
As our Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at Juni. We seek a proactive, driven, high-energy individual who can help us build and enhance our CRM platform. We need someone who does not settle for satisfaction and obsesses about being able to add value not only in their specific domain but wherever they can lend a hand. We are a startup and cannot afford siloed operators.
We need you to solve business problems by customising our Salesforce platform. You will be expected to build, configure, and automate the platform to deliver value to the rest of the company. You will work with stakeholders to define system requirements and customise the platform and range of tools according to the needs of our stakeholder community. You are at the heart of the engine room!
We seek someone who knows how Salesforce works. Someone who can ensure platform reliability, backups and security measures while improving functions and workflows. We want someone who can balance the nitty gritty with a holistic overview and explains what they are doing and why to a broader audience.
In this role, you will work across the entire domain landscape. You are expected to be curious, autonomous and own your deliverables. What does good look like, and how do we measure it? We build for the future, but ensuring we set ourselves up for a successful future depends on clever decisions being made now.

Role & Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Be familiar with user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules.
Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.
Be able to manage a sandbox environment
Identify and gather requirements, translating them into best practice, scalable solutions focusing on exceptional user experience.
Document your processes and ensure that single points of failure are addressed and mitigated.
Identify unused or underutilised platform features.
Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with and assisting those stakeholders where possible.
Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
Very important: Be able to call out areas within the business that need improvement
Be comfortable being in the trenches with everyone else - there are no ivory towers here. Rapid responses and informed insight. Always.
Be a great communicator. Keep it simple and positive. Learn. Bring everyone with you towards the finish line.
What we will need to see
Experience in e-commerce and/or Fintech.
Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2+ years of hands-on experience
