Our company is a global recruitment service provider. We are currently seeking for a Mandarin speaking new lead developer to come onboard with the objective of identifying and securing clients in need of our HR and recruitment services.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Carry out research online and identify new clients in need of our service.
* Reaching out to potential contacts using a wide selection of methods - Email, Social Media platforms, Calls to generate initial interest.
* Provide basic level replys to prospects and pass on the leads to senior account managers.
Essential Requirements:
* Must be fluent in Chinese Mandarin - both in speaking and reading.
* Previous experience in a lead generation or business development related role - although this is not a sales position, ideally some remote based sales or recruitment background will be highly beneficial.
* Out-going personality and is able to build rapport quickly with new contacts.
* Resilient and is not afraid of overcoming rejections.
* Computer literate and have your own PC/Laptop.
