This advertisement is for recruiting for the position of Operations Support Officer.
If successfully selected, you will be seconded to a MOE Secondary School located in Bukit Batok.
Contract Period : From 1 August 2023 to 31 July 2024

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 9:30am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
- Fridays: 10:00am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
The Services required are set out as follows:
- Locking of the school in the evening
- Provide logistic support for events such as carrying tables/chairs, etc
- Accompany contractors for defect works and opening doors
- Cleaning of rooms
- Clearing of waste bins
- Any other operational support required by Operations Manager
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Secondary school education
- Physically fit and healthy
- Able to multi-task
- Ability to converse in English and inter-personal skills
- Good team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment where under pressure
- Candidates preferable have a least 3 year’s experience working in a local environment
