JOB DESCRIPTION -TELECALLER
Job Summary
The telesales officer position interfaces with customers via outbound calls, inbound calls or through the Internet depending upon client requirements .
Responsibilities and Duties
This position is responsible for processing customer orders and sales,
Providing | receiving information, selling client products |service, as well as providing basic customer service support.
Essential Functions | Core Responsibilities:
Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written .
Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual norms.
Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding and appropriately provide the required services/package to the customer.
Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
Maintain enhanced knowledge & selling skills of services related to Kmaway.
Reporting /updating trackers /software which will be provided by company in whatever the form.
Being punctual and will adhere to office work timings.
Will not indulge in negative /uncalled talks in the office .
Will be subjected to review at intervals as suggested by vertical head and HR.
